Mind set was my first ever intro to a gym and to say the least, it was a fantastic experience. They are non judgmental, constantly supportive and the facility is always clean and well maintained. I had to move out from the city and so had to find another gym. I will always go back there if ever I move back to Scarborough. Cheers !!

Where do I start! Mind-Set has the atmosphere, grit and programming I've been looking for in a gym. Ryan and the rest of the coaches have a natural ability to make you feel like you're getting 1-on-1 personal training while in a group setting. I've been pushed harder than ever and have noticed my mental and physical fitness improve immensely. Not to mention the community is unmatched. Everyone is so supportive and continue to cheer each other on for all their wins.Thank you Mind-Set!

I've been a member of this gym for almost 4 years, and joined when I was well into my 40's. I am now one of "those" people who gets up at 5am to workout; never thought it would be me!! Why?! Mind-Set is great gym facility - clean, spacious, well-equipped, organized, and has a class schedule that works for me! The class sizes are small, allowing the coaches to watch and correct our form and movements. The coaches and staff provide adaptable programming that has challenged me, from the beginner stages to where I am now. I am now at a point, where I am the fittest and strongest I've ever been.The Mind-Set community is very welcoming and supportive, especially when we were beginners! It has a diverse community of members, which has really helped me challenge my own views on aging and fitness. I appreciate being in an environment working out with others like me who are at mid-life, some members that are younger, and some that are also older! We encourage each other, cheer each other on, celebrate each others accomplishments and gains! Through Mind-Set, I found a community I really value and cherish!

This is not an average gym! A place where you feel welcome and are treated like family by staff, coaches, and other patrons. Helpful, attentive, motivating, and knowledgable coaches who take the time to make sure you are successful at meeting your fitness goals.I came here years ago and loved it. Went back to a regular gym and it was just never the same. I recently joined back and I am so glad I did. I don't think I can go to a regular old gym again!Try it out. Nothing to lose and so much to gain!

Best gym Ever! The coaches, the space, atmosphere, and availability of ample equipment make this gym a great place to work out in. A true escape from the hum drum of life and especially after covid an absolute haven to come to and be normal again. The head coach Ryan programs weeks upon weeks of amazingly effective workouts that will make you noticeably stronger and fitter, on top of running a nutrition program on the side. He does not let anyone off easy, either. All the coaches are super friendly, excellent motivators, look out for our safety and just all around great bunch of guys. Highly recommend!

Mindset has literally changed my life. I hated going to the gym. The “regular” gym. This place is more than a gym, it is a community full of like minded people all trying to get strong, fit, healthy and just their own version of best. The coaches are great, the people are great. Everyone is there cheering each other on and a little healthy competition too :)

I have been to many strength training box in the past 10 years and I can tell you the experience you get from the coaches and the training program they put in place is outstanding. It is a friendly bunch of people, open to all level of fitness.The place is clean and organized.

They have truly amazing team and teammates. As a international student I did not know where to start to going to CrossFit in Canada but I decided to start mindset. I would say this is not a ordinary gym to go their service is best I think.

Just moved to the city and did a lot of research about gyms in Toronto. Been working out for many years now and have tried many different kinds of gyms, this one has really pushed me to reach a higher level in fitness.The trainers are all very friendly, helpful and above all professional. They really make you feel welcome and cater to each individual's ability and needs.The mix cardio and strength program is very effective to make you lose weight, be stronger and healthier. I've gotten so much fitter and stronger than I used to be and the members and trainers have made it so easy to show up everyday.

Great space and great gym! Everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable. Class times are convenient. So convenient that you really don’t have an excuse. The gym is always clean and especially now with reopening after Covid, the coaches always make sure you feel safe and comfortable. I am trying out their nutritional program because the before and afters I saw were amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gym to anyone.

No matter what your fitness level is, MIND-SET will work with you and build you up to where you want to be. The bootcamp class is challenging but in all the right ways!! For the first time I really enjoyed working out and felt like I was part of a bigger team. Also super clean and full of equipment. Absolutely recommend!!
