Pet Valu is a friendly, neighbourhood store providing pets with everything they need to be healthy, happy, and active. It is a great store with wonderful, super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who are very welcoming and go above and beyond. The store is very well organized and clean, with a great selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories. It is well stocked with pretty much everything you probably want, including many neat things, at competitive prices. Customers love the vibe and appreciate that the staff helps with rescues and adoptions, with cute, friendly store pets often available. It is a fantastic place where pets enjoy attention and care.

    They always help and approach so that we can have a great shopping experience. Once the owner told us a story from her own dogs. Very nice service!

    Sometimes people have bad experiences but, every time I'm in this store I feel welcome and for whatever I need the sellers help me without hesitation. Even my daughter who lives in Montreal when she was here bought something for her dog she had no problem with the exchange or the seller's behavior
