“Searched for Daphna and found this store. Everything just arrived, in Saskatchewan. Shrimp two kinds. Crawfish two pairs but received three female one male. Only need one male. Daphna two kinds. Everything is alive one female crawfish was sluggish should live maybe it's molting, I don't have experience to know what is up. Very happy with everything. I wish I got a brine shrimp net. Never looked don't know if they sell them. 5star.”
“I love this location in particular. I was in a bind financially and one of the great employees, Michael helped me out. He used the customer appreciation program so I could get my can of wet food for my cats. I’d like to see Pet Smart do that lol. I only go to Pet Valu for my cat needs and this experience only solidifies why I only support this franchise”

“The owner was so helpful in sharing his knowledge about boots size, even helping me to fit boots on my dog. Dog didn't tolerate them ,but we tried. The staff were polite and friendly. Just a friendly reminder to all workers, check with owner about offering treats. My senior has some GI challenges, but the gesture was so kind.”

“Best bird store ever! We got our first green-cheek conure from here, and he’s been an amazing addition to our family. We also trust them to babysit our conure and budgies whenever we travel. The owner’s son takes exceptional care of the birds, they always come home healthy and happy. He even went above and beyond when one of our budgies was injured, giving extra care and proper vitamins.
