“I ordered a retractable banner. The website made it very easy for me to see the design specs and bleed specs and even provided a downloadable template.
I normally use Photoshop, but I built my design in Canva this time. I uploaded it. Shortly after, I received a proof of inspection. I signed off on it and it went into production minutes after. Less than an hour after production, I got an email that it was complete and ready for pick up. I went right by and picked it up. When I got home, I opened the banner and it was beautiful.
