“I went to drop off 2 of my Amazon returns today ( 8th Jan 2026) and the person there made it so easy. Ofcourse I went with everything printed but I did not have a cover to put my items. He quickly scanned the 2 shipping labels i printed and gave me a print out of the tracking label and he said he will have them packed. Smooth operation. “I ordered a retractable banner. The website made it very easy for me to see the design specs and bleed specs and even provided a downloadable template.
I normally use Photoshop, but I built my design in Canva this time. I uploaded it. Shortly after, I received a proof of inspection. I signed off on it and it went into production minutes after. Less than an hour after production, I got an email that it was complete and ready for pick up. I went right by and picked it up. When I got home, I opened the banner and it was beautiful.
