“When I called to arrange scanning and printing of a large document I didn't get an answer at the main number, so I randomly chose someone from the company directory. Someone named Ron answered and spent 3-4 minutes answering my question. I later discovered he was on vacation at the time but answered his phone and cheerfully took all the time I needed. I was impressed! I rushed over to their shop hoping to drop my job off prior to their 5pm closing. At 4.57pm Lorne cheerfully took my work and asked if I would mind waiting a few minutes. He returned 10 mintues later (well after thier closing time) with the work completed. He charged the mininimum $20 + tax and I left with an extremely positive impression. The shop was clean, well organized and the equipment looked very sophistocated. I never write reviews, but this was an exception... Ron and Lorne provided great service and a great product. The scan and printing were perfect.”

I have used their services twice so far - previously a couple of weeks ago, and just this week after my previous set of cards ran out. In both cases I had 500 business cards printed, which you can see in the photo.PrintMe has delivered business card printouts quickly and effectively, which was critical for me as a small business owner doing a lot of seasonal work - I depend on door to door sales and handing out business cards to acquire work and pay.The timeline that was quoted to me for the prints was sometime next week, which was good - yet in spite of that they finished it this week on the very next day, ahead of schedule so I got to do door to door sales an extra day or two ahead of schedule.I appreciate their work and would recommend them for anyone who needs business cards. They do other prints as well. Definitely worth checking out!I decided to give them a 5 star rating, since it seems their business has been quite underrated by some.”

“Always very reliable. Simply writing this review because of Joey, who has been assisting my sister and I for years. He is a simple, decent man who works hard - all very respectable qualities. I have seen countless examples of people being abrasive and rude, unable to wait in what is naturally a busy environment. Joey is always cool, calm, and collected and able to multitask as best he can. He always tries to help multiple people at once to keep the line moving if possible. Great passport services too at a really reasonable rate compared to other places. He takes professional photos and let me look at mine before he printed them. Always a good local experience.”

“Once my passport was misdirected back to Montreal (by UPS office somewhere from Mississauga), it supposed to be deliver to my address at Scarborough, and my flight was scheduled in two days. The owner of this stores (I don’t know her name) did her excellent job, called few places at Montreal and turn that package to this stores very next day morning. She came to the stores early to deliver the package to me. She really did an excellent job to get my passport on time, otherwise my business trip would have been cancelled.Here I found only 5 stars for rating, if I can give more stars, I should give her. Since that, this particular UPS stores is my favourite for all parcel services.”
