“I've had a pretty good and overall pleasant experience with storing my items at this StorageMart location. The staff are always willing to answer any questions I have, and they are very friendly and accommodating, especially the assistant manager Prasad. The unit itself is clean and I've never had any problems with my items being stored there. The one thing I would recommend is for the location to improve their pavements as sometimes there are deep pot holes that make it challenging to drive over to get to your unit. Other than that, I've had a really good experience overall with this StorageMart. One thing I would advise others to be aware of is that the prices do go up each year for your storage rental, sometimes a significant amount. If you try to speak with the front staff, they'll help you if you want a reduced insurance amount or have any questions or concerns about this, but ultimately the price changes is not something they set or are able to change. Anyway, I would recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere clean and helpful to store your items!”
“So I was thinking that I needed a bigger unit so Austin told me to come by and look at the unit so I did and it was awesome because he got me into a smaller unit I thought I needed a 15by 25 so he was very helpful with the units so he saved me some $$ and he also gave me a lock so what more can you ask for he explained the way things work I left feeling very satisfied I am a happy guy thanks to Austin.”

I would suggest that when one is picking up there belongings from the cube it is explained that the cube is in a yard, easy to locate, but there is no staff around the yard.Everyone I talked with to make arrangements and delivery were knowledgeable and courteous.Thank You Cubeit.”

The staff is amazing, they are friendly, quick to reply, and very helpful.
Downside, my unit was filthy with debris and rodent droppings. I had to clean it before I moved in. The women's washroom does not look like it's been cleaned in months. The toilet seat is I'll fitted and needs replacing, and everything needs a good cleaning.”

The facility is clean, safe and convenient. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable. Sienna, the store manager is very welcoming, informative and efficient. We felt secured leaving our belongings there. We also have access to it anytime we want. It is a bit pricey as everything else now a days but with the service provided, it is well worth it.”

We did not think they would have experience with reverse movement from a bigger to a smaller space but we were wrong. Our work was done very professionally and thoroughly. Every box was handled delicately. It was a pleasant experience working with BlueLine.”
“Tariq was especially helpful- when he called about the install he asked about wiring which I didn’t have or know I needed. I talked to several U-Haul employees but he was the only person who mentioned this requirement. If not for him, I would have showed up to pick up the part & not been able to pick up a trailer without doing the installation in advance. He fit me in same day and gave me a break on the price. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient & fast. Extraordinary experience. If they had the trailer size I needed I would have preferred to bring my business here.
