“It is a good area for most religions it has pretty good bread ? but the chicken shawarma they got my order wrong ? the service is good ? the parking lot is big ?”
“Its a good place and convenient.

“Woodside Square in Scarborough isn’t just a mall – it’s an experience! Beyond the great variety of stores and the clean, welcoming environment, the mall has added some truly unique attractions that make every visit memorable. Life-size dinosaurs and animals are displayed throughout the mall, making it a fun and exciting place for kids and adults alike. On top of that, military equipment exhibits bring an educational and interactive element, giving visitors something new to discover every time they stop by.
The shopping experience itself is excellent – a mix of popular retail brands and unique local shops, along with a food court that offers plenty of tasty options. The mall feels lively and community-focused, with events and displays that make it more than just a place to shop. Parking is convenient, and the staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. And tons of food options for every budget.
Woodside Square combines convenience, variety, and entertainment in a way few malls do. Whether you’re running errands, enjoying a family day out, or exploring the incredible displays, it’s a Scarborough gem that’s worth visiting again and again.”
“I like shopping at Walmart. The prices are good and the variety is what Walmart is famous for. This is a nice and big Walmart. It’s well located and has lots of free parking.”
“It's well. maintained and convenient to shop. The traffic volume is high and has a high accident prone zone. Also, new immigrant drivers have to learn to drive and follow the rules.”
“Typical large Walmart SmartCentres plaza located in Scarborough close to the 401. This location feels more premium with shiny floors and spacious aisles. They have a pharmacy, fresh meat stand and bakery.
There are also other stores in the plaza including a Cineplex and Sleep Country.”
“Much improved over the last owner who almost ran it to the ground. Items are stocked staff are happier and therefore more helpful. Glad to see the change and hope the new owner keeps it up.”
“Kennedy commons is a great place to shop, eat whatever that interests you. Other than the big giant further along the road. The shops and restaurants are great choices.”

“Lemme tell you something. I just stumbled uppon China City the other week, place is AWESOME. The grocery store is a world of its own AND apparently 24 hours. The Gashapon / figure shop is INSAINLY packed with cool stuff and takes me back to shopping in Tokyo, and there's lots of good looking restaurants along the strip. Check it out!”
“This is a fantastic spot if you need to get a lot of shopping done for your home. You'll find a variety of retail stores, Walmart, restaurants, and banks all in one area. Plus, there are some great ethnic stores just across the street!”
“Amazing food court... Authentic Asian cuisine... 5 Stars all the way
Update**it's been a few years and last night
was so very good again, quality and price, fantastic”
“Pretty decent mall, considering from the outside it looks like it could be a long forgotten and well neglected place. Inside it's actually pretty busy with decent and relevant stores. I was surprised by how many people were there. It was like one of the bigger Cadillac Fairview malls.
Parking isn't great, but I've experienced worse.”
“I used to go here often in 2005/2006 and it was pretty busy. I even remember there being a dog show and so many shops that old DVD's. I visited again in 2024 and it wasn't as busy as it used to be but at least it's not in life support like Dragon Centre.”

“Used to go here often with my mom and sister during the early-mid 2000's and it was pretty fun. I visited recently and parts of it looks so different and it looked like the indoor area got smaller.”
“Was told a very nice Thai Restaurant is located inside this mall, and stopped by today and checked out the place. Found out the mall is quite empty, half of the stores are closed with one security guy walking around and few seniors were talking in front of the stage. The Thai restaurant was quite empty during the week day lunch time. Maybe will give a try later, the parking outside was quite full. ?
Update: Went in for holiday weekend lunch in this restaurant and very impressed with their service and qualify food. Walking around the mall after, it was more traffic and more shops open for business. Feel more comfortable and clean compared with other typical Chinese mall. 4 stars ?”
“If you're a foodie, Skycity Shopping Centre at Finch & Midland is basically heaven on earth. This place is loaded with Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, and Japanese spots — noodles, BBQ, bubble tea, desserts… you name it, it's here. Every corner feels like a new food adventure waiting to happen.
Warning: you’ll want to eat everything.
Highly recommended for anyone craving legit Asian comfort food!”
