This branch is incredibly busy, and staff are clearly overworked. Often times, customers are waiting to see a financial advisor for a long period of time. I see how hard the tellers and branch managers are working, and they have a lot on their plate - so full credit to them. TD should invest in a better meeting management system, and have a dedicated staff who can handle the traffic flow and re-direct them to the ATM, or front receptionist, etc. Given the demographic of this location, many of the customers are prone to waiting for the teller line, which clearly indicates there is a need for another TD branch in the area. Kudos to the staff, teller leads and branch managers who manage this location.

I pin verified and asked for statements and this simple task can't be done. I worked at TD for a couple of years and this is the treatment I get. The tellers don't know a thing nor does the front desk.I'm asking for information on my account, and I can answer any security questions you have for me. I call the branch twice and im told i can print it. When i go in they say i cant. Front desk stares at me like im some idiot and just walks away doesnt come back. Such a terrible day.Hopefully i receive a survery, then i can mention it all for the district manager to see as well. Zero starts for customer service.Honestly, TD is just getting worse by the day.

I booked my appointment with Jeffrey Zhang a week ago. But on the day of appointment, he said he don’t deal with opening of those accounts and he can book my appointment with another advisor.What why does online I get booked with him then. Just a wastage of time so inconvenient..

I brought money in to deposit and was told by their front desk that I should stack my money properly so she doesn’t need to count…Their ATM machines doesn’t accept cash deposit (went in twice with a month apart)

Worst costumer handling service of this branch. I would suggest not to waste time here. They don’t even have courtesy to help people who have been waiting in line I have better experience with better customer service in other branches of Td before, but this is the worst experience for me I felt humiliated by one of the working staffs

Booked an appointment with Yalini and was told to come early for 2pm than the email they sent and confirmed (2:30pm) . Came around 1:30pm and checked in with front desk to let her know I was here. Would never recommend banking at this location due to the lack of professionalism and time management. There was many people complaining in line due to the long line ups as well while i was waiting. Extremely frustrated for wasting my time here. I will be closing all of my accounts with TD this month and will be taking my business elsewhere.

This branch is one of the worst customer services in banking business. Always hectic due to the good location but very disorganized.Yesterday I had an appointment at 16:30 hrs with an advisor (for my RESP withdrawal). The session had been booked for half an hour.I came early at 16:15 hrs and checked in with the receptionist. It appeared that he texted the advisor a reminder.I waited and waited for almost half an hour and kept checking with him. He said he did send reminders to the advisor (rather than coming to her office just behind the reception desk).Carolyn, the advisor, came out around 16:45 hrs.She instantly recognized and greeted a friend/customer of her who was also standing at the reception line for her at the next appointment (probably at 17:00 hrs, right after mine). She turned to me and said "sorry because you came late for the appointment so I have to get the next customer!". If you were me, how would you feel?I did give her a piece of my mind. However, I generously allowed her to deal with her friend/customer first because she said it was a very quick signing document and would take no time.I was left to wait another 10 minutes. I then demanded to speak to the branch manager. I had waited too long there to give up and going somewhere else. Another 5 minutes wait before the branch manager came to see me. She profusely apologized for the incident and took care of my business completed within 15 minutes time.She did save the day, but the damage was done with a really bad impression of such disorganization. (Hence one star review rather than minus 5).I did ask the branch manager to discuss the dishonesty of the advisor.Before leaving the branch around 17:20 hrs, I stopped by Carolyn's office (just right behind the reception) near the front entrance. She was sitting at her desk and stared blindly ahead.I told her that she owed my an apology and clearly she did not deserve my business. She did not utter a word, just looked down in a silent guilty manner.I sincerely hope that the branch manager and whoever monitors online reviews please do something to save the reputation of TD Bank. Educate your staff to be honest and more attentive to customer services. Improve the communications between the reception and the staff and provide an efficient system to queuing waiting customers. It will go a long way than any glossy hollow advertising you spend money on.

Only allow 5k cash withdrawal max per person forever at this branch because "they dont have enough money"So once you withdraw 5k that's it, go find another branch somewhere else to withdraw more

Went in and just needed a cash envelope and I usually just ask from the customer service counter no problem. Today at around 4 (just about closing) the young lady with masknat the customer service looked at me with one eyebrow raised and refused me with an envelope. I had to wait in line which took forever but finally some gentleman at the door helped me out and got the envelope for me from behind the customer service counter which could have been resolved at first try.
