About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
This TD Canada Trust branch and ATM is noted for its very friendly, helpful, and efficient staff who work hard even during incredibly busy periods and long lineups. Reviews highlight competent and enthusiastic tellers, waiters, and branch managers who provide high-quality and professional service, patiently tackling customer issues effectively and in a timely manner. Staff are described as humble, keeping in good contact with clients throughout processes like mortgage renewals to secure competitive rates.
However, the branch is consistently very busy, with customers often waiting a long time to see a financial advisor. The staff are clearly overworked, managing a heavy traffic flow. Suggestions indicate a need for a better meeting management system, dedicated staff for traffic direction, and potentially another branch in the area to meet demographic demand. Full credit is given to the tellers, teller leads, and branch managers for their hard work under these conditions.
