Urban Tree Salvage is a family-owned and operated company that specializes in creating handcrafted, one-of-a-kind furniture and decor from salvaged and reclaimed live-edge slabs. Founded in 2004, the company has become Canada's first municipal log salvaging operation, sourcing all its materials from permit-felled trees, which are then milled, kiln-dried, and transformed into unique creations.
The company's commitment to quality and attention to detail is evident in the reviews. Customers praise the exceptional craftsmanship, competitive prices, and personalized service provided by the team, particularly Melissa, who is described as accommodating, knowledgeable, and responsive to any requests or questions. The ability to personally select the materials used in their pieces is also highlighted as a positive, ensuring no hidden surprises.
In addition to live-edge tables and furniture, Urban Tree Salvage also creates custom pieces from historic wharfs, buildings, and barns, further showcasing their expertise and versatility. Customers express their satisfaction with the final products, which often receive great responses and compliments.
Overall, Urban Tree Salvage is a trusted, customer-focused business that delivers high-quality, sustainable furniture and decor, making it a top choice for those seeking unique and personalized pieces.

Melissa and the UTS team were incredible to work with. Between the responsiveness, willingness to provide solutions and offering to meet very close to my place of business - we couldn't have gotten it done without them!
