He listened carefully to what we were looking for, and right away he showed us options and possibilities that would fit our needs. He showed us prices and styles. They provide excellent customer service and I highly recommend them.Overall:1Benmu recently completed the design, manufacture and installation of my new kitchen cabinets. The design process was great and their team was impressive with their modern design and concepts.Manufacture:The installation was delayed a few weeks but 1Benmu was very communicative and provided us frequent updates on when the actual installation would occur.Installation:There were a few quality issues with the veneer and staining which was a bit disappointing. However, the owner had reviewed all deficiencies and agreed they would complete touch ups to address all deficiencies. The owner had also agreed that any future veneer that delaminates early will be dealt with via our warranty guarantee.Overall we are happy with the design and looking forward to the deficiency repairs. This is our second project with the company and willing to continue to work with them on future projects. We have recommended 1Benmu to friends and they are also pleased with the company.”

“I highly recommend this company. We bought a Lotus range hood nov 2021. It worked fine till a strange rattle noise appeared yesterday. Since it was still within the one year warranty window, I called the shop for service. Within 24 hrs the problem is solved - - the ship response was within the hr, the repairman came on sunday morning (despite road closures in downtown), he was nice and competent, and the problem turns out trivial and we can almost solve it by ourselves. The machine is quite simple to open and maintain, and it works well.”

“Izzy was extremely helpful with making sure my issue was resolved after several attempts to repair a cabinet that was delivered that seemed to be defective. The repair technician was sent to my home 3 times, due to an ongoing issue, when the problem persisted, Izzy sent the delivery team to pick up the cabinet to personally inspect it to determine the cause. He assured me he would take care of it and he did ! My cabinet was repaired and after a few weeks of waiting, my cabinet was delivered to my home as promised and the issue has been resolved. I am very appreciative to Izzy for his commitment to make sure my item was repaired after many attempts he figured out the problem. Thank you !! Happy customer.”
