“Well my experience was very unique Lucille was my absolutely best sales gal I've delt with in long time I went in and told what I was looking for so she started me on a tour of sectional land she took from okay then better then set me up for the kill well between the the two of us we made a last purchase of my life living area I'm a so pleased with what she did for me spent the time on each couch explained the pros and cons didn't leave to look without any explanations with i hate that is not sales.Ive bee in hospitality for over 40 years retired.I know sales. She is an asset especially for us older girls on our own. I hope I made new friend be back to get chair and end tables.I know that Lucille will never pick a fine time to leave lol thanks for great experience.”

“Visited today to purchase a new dishwasher. We entered the store in Gravenhurst and were promptly met by a young man who “makes the deliveries”, as the owner was on the phone.We had a pretty good idea what we wanted, and learned that Knapps has a much larger selection IN STOCK than many other larger box stores in the area, including both The Brick and Leon’s who advised of “potentially lengthy waits” for much of the new inventory.We decided on a new stainless dishwasher which they gave us a $40 price reduction for “carrying it out” (as opposed to having it delivered), even though they do have “Free Delivery within a 5 mile radius” (essentially within Gravenhurst), which we are not located within.They even helped us load it into our vehicle. We enjoy supporting small business, especially when they are at a better cost and have what we need WHEN we need it.Thanks Knapp’s!!!!”
