Overpriced. Fiber optic not fast enough and goes out too often. Improperly installed fiber optic and tried to charge me to fix the problem THEY created.

We moved. To transfer the Internet made a request a week before the move! Received confirmation that the application was accepted and that we will have to wait for the master. We are already waiting for the second week!!!!! Calls to technical support do not lead to anything! How do you still work with the same quality of service! It’s just awful!!!

They are ultra expensive for the quality you get , their customer service is good depending on the day, sometimes they are in the office sometimes customer service is closed and they make you call backbthe next day,; andbyiu have to go with no internet for a few days till they decide its OK to come fix, I'm really not happy with it there is really no onter options in the country and they can charge whatever they want cause there is nothing else's, and it's very unstable as it from a satalite dish . I don't recommend this just for the hassle of it going down every month and the customer service isn't always available and the price is way to high , when rogers gets here I'm definetly switching to Fibre it's 4 times faster and half price compared to kwic

Great tech support. When I began having problems with Bell landline, which carries my KWIC DSL, KWIC went to bat for me when bell service tech either didn't show up or cancelled their service calls. Unfortunately, I now need to drop Bell and KWIC only provides Bell DSL on my street, which only has Rogers cable. My 23 years with KWIC was great, however

Received my router almost 4 weeks ago and had 2 technicians out to fix the issue and stated that they had to put in a work order as the issue is outside somewhere, technician was supposed to be by on Friday between noon and 5 but never showed up or even called to explain why they weren’t able to keep the appointment.The technical support team at Kwic in the Norfolk area ESPECIALLY Chris has been awesome and understanding about how frustrated I am, HOWEVER, I have not received any updates on when I’ll actually have service and I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed, PLEASE do something, ANYTHING to get my internet connected as watching DVD’s and using what little data available on my phone is unacceptable and rather annoying.

Absolute garbage internet. Hard to believe it but their customer service is more trash than their actual internet connections. I'm amazed you guys are still operating.

Kwic was bought out by Rogers and their service is now garbage.Thanks, Canada, for allowing the monopolies to grow. Thanks, Kwic, for selling out.

Drop a box off at front door and expect you to hook it up and then it doesn't even work now I have no TV over a long weekend. Who ever thought this was a good idea definitely is getting overpaid.

We've used Kwic internet for years and have been quite happy with their product and service however since they've been bought out by Roger's their service has been horrible and the internet over the last few weeks have been exceptionally slow. We've called numerous times about how slow it has been and our Neighbour's have as well as we are all experiencing sub par internet speed. During speed tests Download didn't even reach 1.0 and upload was basically non existent as well. We pay for a specific about of speed, all we ask is that we get what we pay for. Very disappointed.
