The staff are always super friendly, no matter the time of day. I needed help figuring out a gift card and the lady was super kind and helpful! Definitely recommend. :)

The employee with the black hair bonnet is very rude to be working on cash. Terrible customer service, She doesn't greet the client even when you say hi to her. She just stands there cold face like she hates the clients. It's not the first time. I see her at nights often. Terrible attitude, she has no customer service skills.

Ladies call me by name. Always greet you at the door. The coffee station and food area are well maintained. And they have my BlackFly 7% alcoholic beverages!
