7-11 on Hartzel Road is great the employees greet you with a hello every time you walk in the door. I sometimes by lottery tickets there and gas, but it's nice to be greeted when you walk in, for sure.

Went there today to buy some gas and the rudest person in the world took care of me,, super bad attitude and so rude,, no class. Then I find out she is the Manager Cindy,, wow what a store, stay away,, I have been to many other 7 Elevens and they are so much different,,, Stay Away from this store, you would think a mature woman in this business would have some business acumen and class,,,, None at all,,,

Used to love the employees here, recently the amount of attitude given is insane. Simple requests/questions are answered with belittling and terrible attitude. If you guys hate your job, quit.
A couple employees are still good, but sadly the majority is ruining the store, won’t be back

I love seeing some of the fake/false reviews and then seeing the customers come back and get more not knowing that we know who they are. This store is by far the cleanest, no expired foods, all food is checked daily and fresh is checked every hour to 2 hours depending on what it is. It is mandatory. If it doesn’t look right it won’t be served. There will never been any moldy food or maggots.

My chicken burger was old and moldy. The chicken had maggots in it, Terribly disappointed in the quality of the chicken. However i had a good time in the drink station with my slushies.

I bought a carton of cigarettes. The cashier gave me the wrong type and I didn't notice before I got home. I returned to the store to exchange them for the right brand, and the store manager refused. After a small disagreement I said I would just buy another carton. The cashier then tried to overcharge me by $14. It seems the employees at this store are not trained prop

If I could give this location Zero stars I would 10 times over.The people who work here on night shift are so ridiculously rude and disrespectful it’s insane that whoever owns this location hasn’t gotten rid of them. Not to mention I have ordered from here over 30 times and only once was my order packed correctly and included all items I paid for.

Please always update your gas price. There's no reason for you to put up a $1.47 on the internet on your regular, but have $1.62 on your board for same thing.
