“Ed Learn--- Service & AWD module replacement was set up by Sarah Whittle in a professional manner, and ensured that the work was carried out properly in estimated time. She also showed regret that the module wasn't covered under the drive train warranty, even though the drive train doesn't function properly when the module failed, and failure of this component on 2020 escapes has been extremely prevalent ( see ford owners forum)..initially Ford replaced them under a 'satisfaction' program but that ended to leave the expense to owners.I am a long time Ford purchaser but my next car purchase will require research to find a manufacturer that will replace obviously defective parts to retain customers.”

“My transmission in my 2015 dodge caravan recently blew. My car was not drivable I thought that I would have to take it to the auto wrecker . I lost hope until A protect warrenty sent me to Mr transmission on Vine St. In st Catherine's ont I was disappointed that I had to wait 4 days to get it looked at but it was well worth the wait. They done an excellent job in rebuilding my the transmission in my Van . The job was done very fast considering it was a very big fix. I'm very happy that I chose the rebuild option as apposed to putting a used one in from the junk yard. Mr Transmission done an excellent job in fixing my Van. I'm very grateful because I cannot live without my Van it is my life line. If you need your vehicals fixed correctly it is well worth the wait. Many thanks to the team at mr transmission”

“My experience with Avis Car Rental/St. Catharines, and specifically with Omar (the owner), was truly exceptional and worth highlighting. I want to start this review by expressing my sincere gratitude to Omar, who became an unexpected savior on a day that seemed to be rapidly complicating.Our journey began by renting a car from Avis at Toronto Pearson Airport to visit Niagara Falls before our scheduled 8:00 pm flight. However, it was marred by technical issues with the vehicle, which displayed a brake-related warning when we picked it up. Avis offered us a larger car as a replacement, even though this typically involves higher fuel consumption. We had initially requested a smaller car, but were informed there was no availability. Finally, they provided us with a more suitable Toyota Corolla, though during the trip, we noticed it also had a "Service Required" message.We reached our destination without major incidents, but during the return journey around 2:50 pm, we experienced a flat tire. To our surprise, the car did not have a spare tire, only a compressor and glue that were not working correctly. At this point, we contacted Avis for assistance, and they sent a tow truck that took us to a tire shop contracted by Avis. Unfortunately, the shop could not accommodate us without an appointment, and they left us there alone, facing a time dilemma with our 8:00 pm flight.After waiting for about 20 minutes, the tow truck driver returned and took us to an Avis Car Rental at St. Catharines, where they were supposed to provide us with another car to get to the airport. By this time, it was nearly 6:10 pm, three hours had passed since the start of our problem, and we saw no viable solution in sight. With less than two hours until our flight and still an hour away from the airport, the situation was dire.It was at this critical moment that Omar, the owner of Avis Car Rental, demonstrated his empathy and generosity. He listened carefully to our situation and understood its severity. Ultimately, he decided to drive us to the airport himself, recognizing that taking an Uber would not be cost-effective for Avis, and renting another car would not give us enough time to catch our flight.Omar not only provided us with crucial transportation in a time of need but also offered encouragement and a positive attitude. His act of kindness and commitment to the customer are truly commendable. Beyond being a competent professional in his work, he revealed himself as a compassionate person who genuinely cares about others and is willing to go above and beyond to help.My experience with Avis Car Rental and Omar exceeded all my expectations, and for that, I would like to express my deepest gratitude.
