After our car broke down while on a vacation from the US, this location happened to be within walking distance of where we were at the time. After reading some of the reviews, we were skeptical, but given our situation we didn't have much choice. Thankfully we lucked into finding one of the most customer focused car rental agencies we've ever used! Omar was incredibly empathetic to our situation and went above and beyond to help us any way he could to limit the costs given the amount of time we needed the rental. I want to express my sincere gratitude for the service on my 2023 Escape yesterday. Two recalls were done and now my car is working perfectly, and I feel much safer driving now.
I would like to mention that Ivan kindly called me last week to book this appointment. I asked him how long it would take since we only have one vehicle. He said he could arrange for me to get a ride home since I dropped it off early in the morning. Within 5 minutes Lynn was ready to give me a ride home to GRIMSBY!! I must say she’s an excellent driver. Ivan also arranged for my car to be dropped off at my house. That was appreciated since I had no way of picking it up.
This kind of customer service is the reason I am a loyal Ed Learn Customer.

Yesterday I was at Ed Learn’s Ford for a recall and brakes. Ivan Bjel one of the service advisors was excellent. He answered all my questions and concerns. I really appreciate not only what the mechanic did but Ivan for keeping me up dated on the progress. I highly recommend Ed Learn Ford to my friends because of the service people like Ivan and also the showroom staff like Mac Sipos and Andrew who gave me information regarding an email offer about trading in my car. Jan 30/26 I spoke to Ivan regarding the Ford app stating battery saver. I could not start my car from the app in the coldest days of this winter. This went on for days. After calling Ivan and explaining the situation, he told me my battery was at 48%. I asked why car isn’t 3 years old. I asked if the battery was still under warranty and he said yes and that I could bring in the car and get a new battery. I was so relieved since we are seniors and living on a pension, the car isn’t our only source of transportation. Ivan sat up the appointment, I went in and it was completed that morning. What a relief! I feel safe again driving my Escape!
