“This has become my home town canadian tire store. I lived in Port Colborne and the grimsby location is different.

“I just had a great experience with the service department, thanks to Ian, at the Glendale Store. A friend was over for a visit from Buffalo, slid off the road in Welland. Vehicle had to be towed, glad I chose the Glendale location. Ian stayed beyond his working hours, to get the vehicle towed into the shop. Called first thing the next morning with an estimate for repairs and had a lot of damaged components under the front end replaced, once I gave the go ahead, and had the car repaired to drive by the end of the day. Unbelievable!! Ian was very professional, explained all the work that needed to be done and had everything completed when he said he would. Best service experience I have ever had in 50 years, at any Canadian Tire. Thanks again Ian, and in my opinion, if this guy is not a manager, he should be! Any vehicle service needs I have in the future I'll drive the extra hour just to get this type of treatment. Roger Bowden, Fisherville, Ontario”
“So far I've been getting deliveries from Walmart since August of 2025, and the have been really good with the products and the fruits or vegetables have been great and if I wasn't satisfied I always got a refund or if a product was missing but its been only once I had something missing. I shop with Walmart twice a month it helps because im on disability and cant shop myself. Walmart has been so very helpful. I went there with my wheelchair when I can and the are all wonderful and so helpful, I really thank everyone there for the fantastic job and effort helping me bag my products or helping me find the items. Thanks again to all the staff at Walmart.”

“This Canadian Tire store has very good service, never had a problem, what I liked the best though is that they play real good tunes, makes your shopping more enjoyable ,wish more places were like that . We'll be back !!!”
