I have been waiting for an important parcel from three days but the driver did not attempt a stop at the door. I reported it to the FedEx customer service but no one was able to help. All they say is they could not contact the driver because the drivers do not have company phone. It is highly disappointing for a company like FedEx. The drivers in this area of Thorold. L2V 0L9 do it for purpose to finish their day soon and return back to station without attempting all the deliveries.

Their phone service is automated, and if you ask for an agent it eventually hangs up. This is a terrible symptom of company profits before customer service, and their industry relies on their customers.
I went with another provider, they offered customer support.

In my last case, I got a message to collect my parcel from their office whereas I was at home all daylong and in contrary to the company's claim I didn't receive any delivery buzz (I showed the clerk my call history as the proof).

Do yourself a favour - if you order something and find out it’s being shipped here, just cancel. I got a door tag despite the fact that I was home all day and nobody knocked or even attempted to contact me, and then waited 45 minutes at the shipping centre only to be told that I’d have to wait another hour. And I wasn’t the only one there who’d been told that. I felt terrible for the one woman who was trying to run the show while at least 10 other employees stuck their heads out of the door, looked at the giant line of people waiting to either mail something or pick something up, and then walked away. Complete waste of time.

The worst customer service you can imagine. I arrived with my package and they basically did everything in their power to make it as unpleasant an experience as possible. Avoid FEDEX and this location if at all possible.

Im conflicted... my first time using this delivery service and it wasn't a great overall experience. The staff was wonderful and very helpful with a semi complex mailing situation. Chose "overnight" within ontario. Sent off on thursday, was told it would be there the next day, but official arrival was for monday (huh? Thats not overnight). The package actually didn't get delivered untill tuesday evening as it got "lost" at one of the sorting facilities. Put in a claim, was expectin a partial refund but received a full refund. So overall, a decent experience with some hiccups along the way

They lost my package of my desktop computer for a month and 2 days, to finally deliver it damaged and broken with missing contents. There is a lady who works here who did not help me at all with my shipping questions about the personal effects form and did not make me feel comfortable with her shipping competence. As a result of her carelessness and poor communication skills, my package was lost for a month and 2 days then finally delivered in a different box, entirely damaged, broken, unusable with missing contents. If I could give 0 stars, I would! This is a horrible shipping site full of careless, incompetent, rude people and I advise everyone to avoid it. They don't care if your package gets lost or delivered to the wrong address. All they care about is your money!!

Came in wittout a clue in how shipping works but fortunately had an extremely helpful and friendly staff who helped me package and print my label for my parcel. Thanks for making it easy for me !

Would be nice if the driver would actually knock on the door. House was quiet and the dog didn’t even respond and yet there was the tag. Another day wasted. This seems to be a recurring trend may be your drivers need a refresher on how to knock on doors.
