Woman working the desk was rude and accusatory over something that had nothing to do with her while she was dealing with a different customer, if employees have no idea what’s going on and want to provide wrong information in a rude tone they should focus on their own customers

terrible experience, called the 800 number got a virtual assistant, I hate virtual assistants, took 5 minutes to get to a real person who was no better help, told me to go to the website to try.

My package was delivered to the wrong address, and no one has taken responsibility for the error. The customer service team has been unhelpful in rectifying the situation. i don't know who picked up the parcel. FedEx is so unprofessional about his work and they have no customer care phone number where a common man can reach them and ask them about his own parcel

Your delivery guys never even knock or ring the buzzer before putting a delivery notice for unsuccessful delivery. Like I was literally in my appartment and my manager was in the front door and she literally said one of your delivery guys came in put the delivery notice and left. NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO RING THE BUZZER AND/OR CALL ME. Mind you the buzzer is a massive screen where you could easily dial in the numbers that are displayed on my address in the package in CAP letters. I am not going to sit in the lobby and wait there for an 8 hour timeframe for your guy to show up I have things to do upstairs in my appartment and the person DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to call the buzzer or my phone number so I could come down or so he/she could go upstairs and do their job properly

We pay in person, get a receipt, but FedEx keeps sending us invoices. Customer service said not to worry, this is just a receipt... then we get a notice that they're going to send us to collections. What is wrong with FedEx!? Also, delivery agents are not knocking on our door they're just leaving notices that they tried to deliver something.

At the begging I was pleasantly exited because of very skilled desk worker. Then after I start working with FedEx the real dezasters started to come.So in a short period of time I have lost confidence in FedEx and move away from it. I am using now a different carrier and this decision brought success to my business.Definitely not recommended.

1 star because they attempted to deliver my package twice and stated on the tracking system that I was not at home. I was at home the whole day yesterday (11:44AM) and even today (12:54PM) when they tried to deliver it, I even put a note on our front window, (To: Fedex I’M HERE! Pls knock or call). I can’t go out to do my thing because I’m expecting for them to come. People like me who doesn’t have a car to pick up the package is a big deal, so I will rely to this people to deliver my package. This is a big hassle. I don’t know if they are being lazy to do their job. This is extremely disappointing knowing that Fedex is one of the top shipping companies. I hope they will do something to improve their service.

I shipped a package out from this place worth 700 usd. The woman who helped me completely screwed up the initial paperwork and I had to return to fix it. She asked me for a declared value which I gave. Then fedex lost my package in their own warehouse the next day and I only discovered that she didnt post my declared value until I filed my claim. I am out $850 because she “forgot” to list my declared value?? They refuse to compensate me despite my evidence of value of package. BE WARNED, employees being negligent of their duties can cost you potentially thousands, and fedex will do nothing to help you. The manager is ghosting me now too. Terrible, terrible service!

Very bad service and unprofessional . There is no point of ordering item at home. They gonna put a sticker at your door and you have to go their fedex facility. This way your delivery would be two days late than expected. Or you have to be standing at your door 24/7 that you don’t miss out your delivery guy. The only point we put our phone number on delivery note is that in case they can call the customer by hiding their number and do their job . This can solve all the problems. Very disappointed. Wasted two hours to get the parcel.

10/10 service friendly and straight to the point. My package unfortunately was delivered already (not clear through packaging an website details) so the trip was wasted but the ship center experience was excellent.

Calling in with package concerns were met with some less than respectful customer service reps. They were garbage and hopefully they find something in their life they can be passionate and convicted about. Don’t waste time doing something that makes you this unhappy.4 star because the individuals at the store front saved the day and made for a delightful experience and were relatively quickly able to find the package and save the day.
