Everything went smoothly - we got a nice big car and the friendly Hertz employee explained the whole process in detail. Would recommend!

This is just a tiny place with not a lot of cars, but really helpful staff and good pricing. They convinced me to rent a hybrid car, which I grudgingly accepted. Turns out the Toyota was super comfy and hardly used any gas at all. Thanks guys.
