“Great service, experts in the business, honest & helpful with recommendations. I will definitely spread the word & come back here for any bike issues. Nice to support our local community business”
“I had a wonderful experience at Home Depot! Elizabeth at the service desk was an absolute star. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and approachable, and went out of her way to make sure I got the assistance I needed. Her positive attitude, great vibes, and willingness to help made the whole experience so much better.
It’s employees like Elizabeth who make a real difference and make customers feel welcomed and valued. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your excellent customer service and positive energy! Home Depot is lucky to have you on the team. Highly recommend!”
“They are very helpful and know exactly where everything is or if they dont have it, some things are a litle overpriced but i guess better than the retail store price..”
“I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Glenn in St Catharines. He understood what I needed - made great suggestions and advice. He did not talk down to me at all. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Glenn! I will be back for sure.”

“These guys are amazing- know their stuff.
They will give you good, knowledgeable advice...even if means they don't sell you anything. They just genuinely want to do what's right for the customer & the project being done.”
