“Always professionally courteous and helpful, and always on the ball with speedy service, whether or not you call to confirm the medications you intend to pick up ahead of time. The longest I've had to wait here has been about 15-20 minutes; shortest, less than one minute.
You can also count on them to deliver to your door, according to the drivers' business hours — just make sure that you are ready at the door, to sign for any medications that require you to do so.”
“I have never actually thought to review a pharmacy before. You go. You drop off & pick up meds. Pretty straightforward. Usually you’re more concerned about whether or not your meds are covered, which would be a review for your insurance company. BUT, the staff that works here are just so freakin nice, that I figured other people should know about them.They have gone out of their way for me many, many times. Making sure I get meds on time, contacting my doctors office on more than one occasion, calling me to let me know my prescription is ready, etc. Not the type of service I’ve ever gotten from another pharmacy. Most places won’t go out of their way for you, or are not happy about it if they’re required to.Not only that but they are just the nicest, kindest people who know what they’re doing. So I never have any worries about the info I get from them.I originally started going here because, for whatever reason, my insurance company covers more of the bill if I go to certain pharmacies. This location was one of them.. but even if my insurance provider changes, I won’t be changing pharmacies.Thank you to the staff.. your kindness and knowledge doesn’t go unnoticed!”

“The post office at Shoppers Drug Mart at Lake and Carlton Streets in St Catharines ON is worth 5 stars to me because the postal worker really knows her stuff. I wanted to send a package to Australia and was expecting to have to write a lengthy label and find a proper box to send my package. But she had it all sorted out in less than 5 minutes. All the labelling was done on computer with a search for the addresses that would go on the label. Well I know computers can reveal addresses with only minimal info but she was fast and I was done just in time for a next customer. This Shoppers is also conveniently located. Next time I'll shop at this store and not just use the post office.”

“I live close by to this store. The prices are expensive I find compared to Walmart but if you want knowledgeable staff you will find that here. Especially in the cosmetics and pharmacy departments”
