Great store and service. Clean and tidy. Good layout and easy to navigate. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great prices. Decent amount of free parking. No credit card surcharge. Lumber is of food quality. Orders are usually on time. Free WiFi.

I went to the Rona store, on Dunkirk Rd. In St.Catharines. I was having trouble finding the things I was looking for. Ben asked me if I needed help. He was so helpful and friendly he made shopping fun.
Then I took my items to the check out and received a pleasant greeting from Lena. She was awesome as well.
