    Poor management and communication with customers in the branch lineup. Allow for 30+ min standing in line, just to see a teller.

    Absolutely the worst line up to see a teller every time you go, minimum 30 min wait every time

    I went to go use the ATM in the early hours and the doors are locked for some weird reason. This is ridiculous. I work night shift and I can’t get to it any earlier. Just unacceptable.
