Terrible branch, especially for a downtown location. There's some good people working here, it's not their fault this branch is terrible. There's not enough tellers most of the time and the ATM hours are horrid, the same as the branch hours I believe.

Today I visited this location for the first time and I had an appointment with( ekta )She was a great guide and I learned a lot from her. She is doing her job very well.

I recently visited Scotiabank for a new debit card and account changes and was assisted by Daisy Sullivan. She was incredibly kind and understanding during this current time of hardship, making me feel safe and heard. Daisy provided excellent service and truly went above and beyond!!
