This location may as well not even exist.They lock the doors at 5:30pm which is well before most people get home from work , and the drive through machine is never working.Going to be switching banks to get away from these clowns that don't respect customers and our time

Wish I could give zero stars. It is absolutely impossible to bank here as someone who works full time. The hours are awful, the inside atms are locked at 5:30 and the drive thru machine never works every single time I come. Sick of having to drive 15-20 mins at least once a week just to use a bank machine. Makes a simple task so difficult and its superr annoying. The very few times i have had the chance to go inside the tellers are very rude for no reason or theyre uneducated and dont know what theyre doing/give incorrect info. The line for a teller is always really long too so the security guard at the door will lock you out and refuse customers service if there are too many people in line. The lineup is the banks problem, not the customers problem so find other ways to solve it. You'd think common sense would be to fix the machines and/or extend the hours but nope. There's been tons of complaints on here for all the same reasons for months now and nothing has changed or improved, it's like they're just asking to loose their customers so, Thanks to this branch I am a proud new customer to the RBC across the street! Its the same hours there but atleast their machines work and are accessible past 5:30, plus it saves me the gas of having to drive across town to a different branch all the time, andd I'm getting a free apple watch for switching! :)

Why would you close your inside atms at 530 before some people are off of work and make it so hard to get money out. In the process of switching banks because of this. Would not recommend using this bank.

Worst customer service a bank could ever provide. They don’t answer any calls or nothing and they have no solutions only problems.

Scotia bank as a whole is easily the worst bank I have dealt with. Thier machines are well below the quality of the other banks I have dealt with in the past and well below the other bank I am in the process of switching to. This location in particular easily has the worst machines. They have no problem spitting out ripped bills when you withdraw cash but if the bill your trying to deposit is crinkled in the least bit they will not accept them. Tellers are arrogant and part of the reason I'm switching to BMO also. Heavily advise using any other bank. Picture is of bills I recieved from a machine, tried to deposit them later that evening and it wouldn't take them

I have been dealing with Scotia bank since 1973. This branch is the worst i have dealt with. I am moving to another branch. Unbelievable

The drive through ATM has never worked for me to make a cheque or cash deposit on 3 separate occasions months apart. Should be paying my gas for having me drive to the other side of the city to make a deposit.

Tragic location. You can't use the ATM machines when it's closed. The security here are generally rude and the tellers seem entitled. Hopefully my next two trips here are better...

I am genuinely surprised by the bad reviews because my experience was amazing. Everyone I met was wonderful and the banking advisor I met (L.A) was brilliant. Opening a new account was very easy and straightforward, I’m really glad I chose this branch. I wouldn’t hesitate going back and I’ll definitely be recommending it to my friends and family.

You guys are terrible. You close the indoor ATM's at 5pm and push us to the drive thru but the last 2 times I've tried to use it and the machine is out of order. Banks seem to lose the understanding of the term "customer service". All you do is reduce service. Now you're trying your best to force us away from using cash.I wish I could give you zero stars.

Went in to pay my mortgage in person as I have stopped banking with Scotia and no longer have my accounts with them. I went to a competing bank based on the disgusting behaviour and treatment received by the front end staff and assistant manager Fritzie. I was unable to make the payment was told they would be charging me fees and that if I didn’t pay they would foreclose. One this is a complete lie, two threatening a PAYING customer with foreclosure is ridiculous, rude and uncalled for. This was done in front of a huge line of customers. She spoke to me with a smirk on her face and the most condescending tone I have ever heard. I told her she was escalating a situation that didn’t need to be. She was completely unhelpful, ignorant and after reading all of the poor reviews of this branch that specifically call her out I’m not understanding how she is still employed here. She is absolutely ineffective and useless and I will never set foot in that branch again. As soon as I can move my mortgage to a different lender I will be. I’ve requested a call back from the manager to discuss this situation. My calls have gone unanswered and ignored. If I could give 0 stars I would. Scotiabank needs to evaluate the branch and staff they have employed there and do a massive overhaul. Lined up out the door and just rude and nasty. DO NOT BANK HERE!!
