So ridiculous, the staff here doesn’t consider their customers. They are just talking with each other, it could be important, but I guess their priority should be customers. I have been waiting since 30 minutes even when I was first in the line and I just needed to deposit cash.

Never can get money out of the drive through atm and inside is locked so no way to get money on weekends.

Drive thru atm is always down. Never takes deposits. Atms inside are locked after hours. What's the point of having atms if they are only available during business hours. Drive thru has been down for a week and won't even let you put your card in. Such poor customer service on Scotiabanks behalf.
