Never enough staff. Banking specialists avoid returning calls and responding to emails and then when you go in branch to get answers they try to encourage you to go home and call in! Make it make sense.

Terrible rude people work here closing my account asap transferring money to another bank . Very unreasonable service I felt discriminated against because white imagine that in my country of Canada .

Was supposed to have an appointment with Neelab Sultani. Never called at the appointment time. Set up for the next day and didn’t call again. Wasted my time and so unprofessional! Scotia bank do better!
