“Super frustrated with their hours- that seem to change frequently. I placed an online order for pick up as I knew I would be in the area on Saturday ( I live 45 minutes away).I received a confirmation email that specified pickup hours Monday- Saturday 1-5. I checked the store hours to confirm through out the week just in case. Although upon arriving to the store the hours had since changed and written on the door that they were closed. If you are going to visit to the store, I suggest checking their hours RIGHT before you go and don’t make the same mistake I did. I now need to plan another 45 minute trip to pick up my item.

“A local treasure of a store. Browsing the Mercantile was always the highlight of a visit to the Crossroads restaurant for my mother. She could have spent hours here. I bought my parents a large wind chime from here what must be fifteen years ago now and it is still cherished. Glad to see its still open after the restaurant's closure.”

“I purchased a solar lantern a few years ago. The light quit working, replaced the rechargeable battery, with no luck. I called the store recently, and the gentleman tried to help me problem solve. I found a replacement waterproof outdoor solar disc on Amazon. I am so happy. I just love the lantern so much. Thank you for your help with the lantern.
