“I went in on Sunday to get some Christmas sweaters ! All the ones that I loved in the flyer booklet! I bought three out of the four that I wanted. A young friendly Hispanic girl helped me out from the sales floor to the change room excellent service! She even brought other items to try on. However, her name is not on my receipt for helping me out. The cashier, Tiffany rang me through also very helpful . I brought in my booklet that had coupons in it however, it expired to my disappoint, so I asked if she could please honour the online prices she did. I always recommend this store to anyone I know because of the great service, friendly team, and great follow up on the customers. The product is trendy, plus its styles you can wear all the time. To get the coupon you must sign up for their emails.”

“Me and my family of one wife, 2 husband, and 3 boys we came here to get some new swag for the joe Rogan fan meet in October, and when we enter winners, we kindly greeted by staff then we start buying shirts with Joe Rogan ( there was a lot in winners) I picked the red one and the other fam picked the yellows one. After an hour, we left winners. This was an unforgettable experience.”

“Happened to be a big sale on at the time I went. There was a skirt which had a discount sign on it and I happen to ask someone to check if another item was on sale...ended up checking the skirt. It was NOT on sale but they honoured the discount that was posted and removed the sign.I was amazed that they honoured the discount. Wow. That's service because it was their error but owning to it like that is not anywhere to be seen these days. Great job!”
“I love the little Fairview store, it's smaller than alot of others, but the sales people are so helpful and always very excited about their inventory and what's coming up on their calendar of events for their Northern Friends card holders.My faviour item I look forward to every year are their multiple shades in plain & front graphics , tank tops. They're nicely cut for all women that enjoy wearing a bra and don't want to worry about the straps showing. The tanks are 100% cotton and so well constructed and designed, you'll be able to wear them under a blazer or shirt jacket to business.**??I added a couple of photos but no description. They're in my Northern Reflections tank tops and long sleeve solid & graphics cupboard.Every season there're new pictures and colours to choose from. ?. This includes specialized holiday season?? tops and Canada Day selection. ? ??”
“I haven’t shopped in an actual store for a year and a 1/2 and was happy to get out again and refresh my wardrobe. Style here is a little more geared towards mature women, but honestly has a little of everything. The customer service was especially notable. Just enough to be helpful yet not on top of you trying to push a sale.”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. I was helped promptly and the girl was very knowledgeable. They had a ton of staff and had several ask me if I needed help. They had 3 or 4 cashiers and they were very organized even with a big line up, they moved very quickly. This was also Boxing Day so it was very busy! Happy with my experience and my purchases. “I had a very pleaseant experince at this store. The items that I was looking for were not on display and one of the associates (Pushpa) patiently helped me locate them (which were in a drawer); and then when we relaized that they did not carry my desired size and color at the store, she helped me order them online with no extra charge. I felt that the staff were very much invested in providing a high level of customer care during a busy season/time. I was also very happy with that quality of the products and their prices.”
