“I've got a '22 Bronco WildTrak with 37's, Fox Performance Elite 2.5 adjustable suspension, and upgraded upper/lower control arms. I had these upgrades installed elsewhere and for 6 months I've been trying to figure out where some very annoying creaking and clunking was coming from. After taking it to two other places for inspections, having all the bolts re-torqued, I still couldn't identify the issue. On a bit of a gamble I decided to drive the 1.5 hours to Offroad Addiction and get them to take a look. They spent a few hours on an inspection and concluded it was very likely one of the rear upper arms, either an installation error or manufacturer defect. We worked on sourcing new arms and I just picked it up yesterday after the install.

They 100% resolved the annoying noises and this thing is now driving as if it just rolled out of the factory. They not only solved my problem but corrected an off-center steering problem when they did an alignment, too. Not only that, but Tanner, during his test drive following the installation took the time to dial in my adjustable suspension and the ride feel is improved dramatically.

This is now my absolute GO TO shop for any work I'll need in the future. I'll gladly take the 3 hours round trip time for peace of mind knowing the job will get done right the first time.”
