I'm stupendously disappointed in the customer service. I don't know if it was a language barrier, a lack of education or they just repeat the answers from a script but the lack of comprehension from the call centre agents was so atrocious that I opened an account at another financial institution just to get a bill paid.

I cringe when I have to come to this branch, there’s always 10 more people in line and only one or two tellers.

So hard to do business here. not sure if you believe me? here's a test for you: call the branch, see if they answer. No answer? Try going in person, see if you can get your business done within an hour.I don't know what they are like for personal banking; maybe that's their expertise. I can assure you it isn't business accounts.I constantly pressure my company to switch banks.

No wonder its only at 2.1, this bank is slow - cultural staff are very rude and inconsiderate. Manager is never around and machines barely ever work! Worst BMO yet. Im switching to London, 20minutes away. St.Thomas, the worst! I want money deposited, not an anxiety attack. Didnt even finish my banking...

This bank needs re-training of all employees and needs to have the atm's open after hours, as you can see from the telling reviews and score that everyone feels this way. When will something be done?

The CSRs are friendly & know their customers, HOWEVER, the branch is not customer friendly. They have removed the benches for customs to sit on and I waited over 30 minutes on a Wednesday at 2 in the afternoon to see a "teller". Huge line up, not enough tellers. They push people to do online and ATMs when not all things can be done that way. They aren't cognizant of the demographics of their customers, it is an older age group who might like to sit while they wait, not be able to stand for 30 minutes in a slow moving line, and might not like machine banking. Less is not more BMO, think about who your customers are and remember it is good customer service that wins repeat customers.

This branch is awful. Long waits. You get no privacy because it's an open desk you sit at when talking to the tellers. The people standing in line behind you hear all of your banking business. I miss the old branch on Elm and First.

Went to deposit money into the bank after hours as I was not able to get there during banking hours. Well to bad for me as the doors were locked. Hope the bank is going to pay for the overdraft fees!

I am very reluctant to give any stars very unsatisfied with service went in to make a simple deposit an to pay bills at ATM 10 mins before branch opened the machine took my cash an canceled me out caught manager on way in told him my issue said he would look after it just as soon as he got in an opened up this happened at 920 am waited by machine until 930 Bank never opened until 945 supposed to open 930 went in manager did nothing but pass me off to a teller witch said nothing she could do about it passed me off to assistant manager which tells me nothing they can do about it only maybe get a hold of Guardia an that have no control of there machine an remind me that my bills will be subject to interest because today is my do date its been a great morning think I may have to consider banking with another company at least one that cares I see there response back to every review is the same

Abysmal. Went in to pay off a line of credit. Was there for over 30 minutes. Quickly spoke to a gentleman in the office. He's new - fine no worries.Ask a woman in another office. She didn't know how - ok... at least she was pleasant... she went to talk to her manager. The manager was "busy". The line kept growing.Manager finally appears out of the office and assists with a client looking to do a large cash withdrawal. Talk about rude.... at one point the gentleman said that he couldn't hear her to which she responded "oh you could have told me so I wasn't talking to myself" in a very temper driven tone. She clearly didn't want to be working there.Thankfully I never have to bank with them any longer. Absolutely atrocious.
