When I got home with the mattress I realized I had made a mistake. Contacted the store, told them I wanted to return the mattress and purchase the next model up.
Zero issue with the return, processed my new purchase over the phone, and had the delivery truck out two days later to pick up the return and deliver the new mattress.
Delivery guys were also fantastic, helping to deliver a fairly heavy king size while taking care to ensure it wasn't damaged at all through a narrow entry.

“Richard was great to deal with! We went in with a budget and he was respectful of our boundaries while providing realistic options. We had our newborn and two older kids with us and he was approachable, friendly and also understanding of their childish antics! I was fully expecting to go home and purchase online after getting an idea of brands, prices etc but ended up purchasing a new king size mattress in store, mainly because of our experience with Richard.
