“I popped in on the fly last week with a slow leak. I was in a rush and sweating profusely as it was hotter than Hades that day. Danielle graciously assured me they could get me on my way. Ken personally took me in on the spot and found a screw which he removed. He slapped in a plug to get me on my way while explaining that it’s just a temporary fix. He checked the air pressure in all the tires and then to top it off, told me not to worry about it and didn’t charge me for his efforts. I was recommended to St. Thomas Tire by a friend and I highly recommend them to anyone in a pinch. Thanks so very much for your quick work and accommodating consideration. I’ll definitely be back to have you replace the tire, and promise I’ll come when it’s a lot cooler. Very much appreciated. Dave Molyneux.”
