“I had to call CAA to get me out of downward sloping driveway next to a deep drop off where I was well and truly stuck in deep snow. I only had to wait 25 min. The truck driver (John from B&B Towing) had to do some serious thinking 'outside the box' to figure out a way to get me unstuck without damaging the battery banks under my Chevy Blazer SS EV, so I could back out safely to the road. He was a genius...got me out safely without damaging anything! Thanks John.”

We were in the truck in minutes. Great overall experience. Great pricing. Hopefully if I lock us out ever again, it’s in Kells service area …”
