“Required a tow from my residence and Eric B was the operator who arrived. I had my young children present(4 and 8yrs), not only was Eric very professional and extremely efficient on getting the vehicle hooked up, but he also took some time to explain to the kids which lever did what and how the truck bed operated which made their day.
Google needs a to allow a zero star rating for crummy companies and a 5+ star rating for people like Eric B and the company that they respeesent.
I don't plan on calling for a Tow in the near future but if I do, I will be calling B&B and requesting Eric B.

“Just had a great experience, locked us out of my f150. ? called Kells after a quick search to find anyone to help. Within 20 min our knight in a shiny “Smokey and the bandit “ shirt showed up. We were in the truck in minutes. Great overall experience. Great pricing. Hopefully if I lock us out ever again, it’s in Kells service area …”
