“I had work done which was paid by a third party as someone hit my vehicle. They were absolutely amazing. They worked with my schedule. Got the job done faster than expected and did an absolute amazing job. You cannot tell there was ever any damage done to my truck. The guy running the place was so friendly and honest. He was great at explaining everything, he even took us into the shop and showed us how they do the repairs. He gave great advice and was so friendly and helpful. I do hope I do not need their services again 🤞but I do know if I do they will be my first call. Good customer service isn’t easy to find now a days but they went above and beyond.”

“I needed a part for my vehicle. I went to Toyota, the parts guy said he couldn’t find what I was looking for because it wasn’t listed in his computer screen for my vehicle year and model. I told him to look up a different car for this Toyota part still no luck. I found LKQ through an internet search, not only did he find what I needed,the part was new, he gave it to me for a reduced price and I picked it up the next day. My entire experience with LKQ was top tier; attentive, polite, and very professional. I actually felt they cared that I was able to get what I needed fast and at a great price without any hassle. “These guys are the best! I had an important meeting back in June and they got me there on time after I got a flat on the highway! They gave me a loner because my tire wasn’t in stock just to get where I needed to be and swapped it out the next day for my replacement!
