“I just went into the Belleville location this morning. I dealt with a woman name Susan I believe. Absolutely impressed with the customer service I received. Very nice, polite and professional. I literally walked in and said all i know is I need breaks pads and rotors for front and back, oil and an oil filter and told her what I drive. She figured out what I needed when I didn't know the answers to her questions and she was never rude when I said "I don't know".
