The shop is run by a Certified Picture Framer® who is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient. Customers are incredibly pleased with both the service and the quality of work. The owner explains everything, gives good advice, and walks through each step of how to pick a mat and a frame to compliment each piece. She provides a number of excellent recommendations and is respectful of customers' opinions, fiddling around with many different options. She offers extensive samples so customers can see the final result and provides lots of options to meet different price points. The service is absolutely amazing, super friendly, and a great help in selecting frame and matte options. The final results are stunning, with customers thrilled and blown away by the framing and colour matching. This type of attentive and knowledgeable service is rare, making Walkerworks highly recommended as the best of the best for custom framing.
