“Typically, this wouldnt be a five star thing to review. However, the rectification handling needs to be. My accounts were compromised and I mean, compromised. Wiped clean. When this activity was happening I was in the United States with my 5 year old son. I was not checking my email regularly as we were there for a purpose and my email wasnt a priority. I absolutely lost my mind in panic. Got on with fraud and we locked everything(the nearly $4.00 I had left) Spent an hour on the phone with fraud(I apologize but I was panicking). Fast forward to today, although a lengthy process and I spent several hours at the branch, the branch manager MJ calmly took me through everything and asked clear questions and provided me with comfort and confident answers to my questions. Above all, she provided me with other helpful ideas to not only protect my accounts before (2 step verify etc) she offered me advice on other financial opportunities. I went in there today with the expectation to get very upset and stressed as this was an extremely stressful situation. I left happy and more confident knowing that they took the time(hours) to explain, action and had me leaving with a pleasant and honest experience. Again, thank you MJ for taking your time with me today. I appreciate you and Jessica both.”
