“I have constantly been in and out of Home Depot purchasing all types of products to renovate my home. The honest, experienced and friendly service is truly amazing! There are a lot of great people there but first id like to mention Mehdi.
He is truly such a great help everytime! He is always on the front lines with me helping me and my team promptly get us the products we need and has extensive product knowledge so it speeds up all the processes.. Such a great help. The 2nd person id like to mention is Maryam. She is also another amazing person that has helped me many many times with many issues. She helped with invoicing, technical issues, products, returns and more. She quickly learned new situations and issues that needed to be addressed to the Home Depot team so things like this won't happen to their customers in the future.
Rob, Ricky, Maria V, Maria L, Wink, Kevin, Kamran, Andrew, Sahil, Gurpreet, Adam and some names i cant remember. All the ladies at cutomer service.. All these people have done great a great job and I really appreciate it. Thank you all!”
“Store is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. The way you need to enter the cash line is a little confusing and the staff at the checkouts need a little more training, although she did her job, she wasn't the most pleasant in her demeanor”
“A decent Homesense. I went in looking for wrapping paper and a vase or a platter. No luck on the vase or platter. A few there but a little tacky for my liking. I found the one in Ancaster had a better selection but I haven’t been there for a while.I did find nice wrapping paper at a fairly good price. The lineup was very quick and the girl behind the counter was both pleasant and helpful.I do recommend this location if looking for most, but not all items you may be hoping a Homesense carries.”

“I love this location. The auto team, the store team, the everything-you-need assortment in a location that's so convenient for so many people. I used to live around the corner from here and even though I'm about a 30-45 minute drive away, I'll still go to this location for my car. I've tried the location closest to me and had a bad experience. I've tried some in the middle and they're better, but this team is just a bunch of good guys who do honest work.”
“Just spent over 1k in the store but still not getting shopping bags to pack my stuff… It’s not about the 1 CAD that a reusable bag costs after spending 1000 CAD… It’s a matter of principle. I get that to save the environment and I do agree. But people are not spending (I guess) a thousand dollars every day so maybe it would be great to have a minimum spend threshold for customers where above that they get decent service with shopping bags. Also, it would be great to get at least a 5 or 10 percent discount as this amount would make me feel like coming back and spending here again. 4 stars because of the selection. It was great honestly.”

“On behalf of all Giant Tiger shoppers please stop setting up Cogeco in these stores!!!! No one likes it lol. Other then that, this is my favorite store! I love the set up of the store, the jewelry, house holds, and clothing. They tend to run out of grocery stock as this location quickly because of where its located but I dont mind. The workers are hard working and friendly. They have great clearance and it's my go to store at Christmas time. Wish they would reduce hours on Sundays like Walmart but its okay. Great store!”
“Five Star Rating for the Store, but only a One Star Rating for this: No!! I have just read that the Giant Tiger on Guelph Line will be closing in early March 2026. Sooo sad. Although I do not live close to this location, I tend to pop in when we happen to be in the area. Other locations are much smaller with too much stock that one cannot easily see everything or find sizes etc. I had noticed that the stock at the GL location was starting to dwindle to the point of wondering if they could ship some over from other locations. * sigh * Dang... I hope other regulars find out about the closure soon and not the hard way. :-(”
“My brother noticed that there were some Christmas items for sale such as Christmas trees and capybara plushies in Santa hats, but he only purchased 2 of the Christmas trees. The sales associate who cashed him out was so friendly and helpful. I saw a variety of Funko Pops, Squishmallows, Nommis and Pop Mart collectibles and there are also snacks such as chocolate, candy, cookies and many other items available here!”
“The Auto Service team did an exceptional job today on installing my new tires and my alignment. Excellent customer service at the front desk with the manager and his team. Everyone was professional and talked me through each step and reviewed the invoice ensuring I understood everything. They were completed on time and called me when the work was done right away. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable too. I was very pleased today on my experience. I will return for future work for my car. Thank you to the Guelph Line Team! Great customer service.”
“Peggy in the paint department was absolutely amazing! She took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between the various gloss options. I originally chose one gloss, but after Peggy asked thoughtful questions about where I’d be painting, how lighting would affect the wall, and what overall look I was going for, she helped me find the perfect colour and the most appropriate gloss for the room. She even showed me how the paint looks wet versus dry, which was incredibly helpful. Peggy clearly cares about her job and genuinely enjoys helping customers who may not have extensive knowledge. She deserves a raise Canadian Tire!”

“It is the best place for gas and car wash as it is always cheaper in terms of gas price around the whole area. They also sell most of the beer and wines too. Moreover, their employees are the best. they are being always nice to customer and to everybody as I have seen them. They keep trying to provide good service all the time. Thanks guys !!”
“I have never done a review for a pharmacy before, but feel compelled to do so for the excellent service by the staff. I did a walk-in asking if they could do a flu vaccination for our family. They were incredibly helpful, and patient with me as I tracked down my family in Walmart, all through the paperwork (and tracking down health card numbers). The pharmacist was friendly and sorted us out. I would come here again.”
“Awesome mall - upper-scale, clean, well maintained, and friendly staff.Parking is a little bit of an issue, but not too bad. I would not recommending coming here in the month of December, though - there simply aren't enough spaces to accommodate the volume of traffic for Christmas shopping.”
“They did great they were quick they would’ve got a five star but I ordered that $10 photo book 20 photos and it came with advertisement photos in there two of them that we had to like cut out and you can tell they’re being cut I do believe it was an accident but if it’s not next day and it’s really poor service because every package of photos had two photos of advertisements, and it was a package with the photo book still have two pages of advertisements photos however, there’s also two in the book I am very upset by that it was a Christmas gift. It was embarrassing.”
“I have my groceries delivered I am disabled. I have not had any problems with the food. Delivery people very nice and polite. Often will bring bags to the kitchen.”
“This place seems to be busy everytime I come in. Whenever I have to ask to speak with the pharmacist, it always takes a long time before somebody comes. But whenever you get to speak to one, they will answer all your questions about your health concerns/ issues. They are very professional and highly knowledgeable. Apparently, a lot of people who use this pharmacy have been with them since they were at the old location. I think that says a lot about them. I have only gotten prescription from them once, but I always come here for over the counter products which is 3x cheaper than Shopper's. Also, I know that even if you wait for forever to ask a pharmacist a question, it's worth the wait. I mean, waiting for 5 mins compared to waiting in the doctor's ofc's waiting room for hours?!”

“There is another location that is closer to my house but I drive farther just to come to this location. It is very clean and organized. The service is always great and the staff is wonderful. The entire staff!!! I come here at least one a week and sometimes more and I always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is always so helpful. You have a great team, keep up the great work.”

“I was in here last evening and I am so suprised by how much the store has changed from what it was…. It was clean, wellstocked, shelves weren’t empty .. and a variety of products,
it looked like the old Walmart, not like a warehouse … I loved the feel because it reminded me of being in the states..
I think you guys are stepping up your game .. it’s about time . One thing is there should be more cashiers open instead of self checkout … because as a customer I like to feel like a customer and not scan items .. I don’t work there.. that’s a big complaint.. you should have more cashiers open and many people agree..”
“I recently made a purchase of an iPad from Walmart, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! The store had a great selection of Apple products, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. What truly made this purchase stand out, however, was the excellent customer service I received.
A special shout-out goes to Nidhi Swaraj, the employee who assisted me. From the moment I walked into the store, Nidhi greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. She was extremely knowledgeable about the different models of iPads and took the time to walk me through the features, helping me choose the one that best fit my needs. Nidhi also answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. She even helped me set up the device and ensured I had all the necessary accessories.
It's rare to encounter such outstanding service, and Nidhi truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Her positive attitude and helpfulness were much appreciated. Thanks to her, my shopping experience at Walmart was a breeze, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future!
