“A decent Homesense. I went in looking for wrapping paper and a vase or a platter. No luck on the vase or platter. A few there but a little tacky for my liking. I found the one in Ancaster had a better selection but I haven’t been there for a while.I did find nice wrapping paper at a fairly good price. The lineup was very quick and the girl behind the counter was both pleasant and helpful.I do recommend this location if looking for most, but not all items you may be hoping a Homesense carries.”

“I love this gas station they have the nicest staff working there. Since this location opened up this is my one and only gas station that I use they have a very nice and clean touchless car wash keep up the great work guys. The Canadian Tire store next to them should use them as an example of how to treat their customers and maybe the Canadian Tire store would start getting more customers and more business.”
“I was there on Wednesday of last week and witnessed a shoplifter get arrested. It was so good to see this. I see so much Thievery going on in this city and it’s refreshing to see something done about it. I told my girl friend who I was shopping with that this guy looked suspicious. Good job Marshall’s. Oh and the big sexy muscular man who arrested that guy. You can throw me around like that anytime. You made my week!”

“Ruperts Land aka Canada began their colonial rampage with the Group of Adventurers to Hudson's Bay Corporation. Today they processed my Indigenous status card without issue. We lost 90% of our population to disease and 99% of our land to squatters but at least I get 8% off when I shop here.”
“To be honest, I like the fact that you can find good deals on some quality brands if and only if you get to it on time, cause you won't be the only one bagain hunting. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. If you do not get the size you seek for an item you like, ask the staff to check other locations they should be able to hook you up. Plus, they stock everything.”

“We have had positive experience when we were there for the first time at this Marshall store. They are located in the city of Burlington in the busy area of other retailers. They offer nice gifts with very reasonable prices. They also have many good collections of gift items. For your gift purchases, this would be a great place. We bought some Christmas gifts from this store. I would definitely recommend this place.”
“So I went to home depo at Burloak yesterday interested in getting the 8 foot Boogie man for my halloween display that I do every year. I was really excited to get this guy. I went in and they were sold out at all locations in Ontario. So I asked the manager if I could buy the floor model. The lady there told me no and said their manager there had said that they wouldn't sell the floor model. I thought this was dumb because they don't have any to sell anyways and it doesn't look like they are getting more. So I left disappointed. So I decided to go to the location by guelph line and spoke to the manager Hashmeet Dahalay. HE WAS AMAZING. I asked him the same question and he said not a problem at all. He even took it down himself for me and gave me a discount as it was a floor model. The customer service at that location was WAYYYYYY better than what I had just experienced at the burloak location. Great customer service is something that is lacking in the world right now so I was really happy to see that great customer service does still exsist. Thank you so much Hasmeet for making my day. I highly recommend this location if you need anything for your home. Thanks again.”
“I always seem to find what I am looking for at this particular Canadian Tire. However, as an online shopper, you can not pick up your items in a locker. You have to go to Customer Service and wait to pick up your purchases.”

“This place seems to be busy everytime I come in. Whenever I have to ask to speak with the pharmacist, it always takes a long time before somebody comes. But whenever you get to speak to one, they will answer all your questions about your health concerns/ issues. They are very professional and highly knowledgeable. Apparently, a lot of people who use this pharmacy have been with them since they were at the old location. I think that says a lot about them. I have only gotten prescription from them once, but I always come here for over the counter products which is 3x cheaper than Shopper's. Also, I know that even if you wait for forever to ask a pharmacist a question, it's worth the wait. I mean, waiting for 5 mins compared to waiting in the doctor's ofc's waiting room for hours?!”

“This is an appeal to enhance security in this location. On Wednesday August 30 at about 7:30 pm a group of people were acting unruly, cutting people off etc. When they checked out a little kid with them had a fairly big toy that nobody paid for, which they were asked to. The man of the group grabbed the toy roughly and threw it, shouting racial slurs. Customers and 3 staffers heard all of this. This was extremely upsetting. Don't leave it yo gentle staffers to manage. .”

“While the comments regarding the stock issues and general organization / cleanliness are accurate, I still give this store 4 stars for customer service (it should be 5 stars for that actually). I was in a last minute search for a specific item for my anniversary the next day. I had been to the Waterdown store which had advised me the item was in stock in Burlington. When I arrived, it was not readily visible. I had a hard time finding an employee in that section and ended up going to the electronics department, where I met the MOST helpful, caring and lovely person - Donna. When she couldn't herself find the item, she asked the store manager to check the back and any other possible places. While we were waiting for him to return, we pleasantly chatted (and she helped a few other people). About 10 minutes later, the Regional Manager happened to come into the store. Donna engaged her assistance on my behalf. She recalled seeing the item in the Stoney Creek store, called the manager there (at home) and had them put one aside for me at the customer service desk there. I drove the 20 minutes to the Stoney Creek location where it was right at the front waiting for me. The Burlington employees involved helped me ensure I got the perfect gift for my husband. Forever grateful! And for all those unimpressed with the Burlington store itself, the Regional Manager told me they are currently focused on improving the overall quality of that location. So better things should be on the imminent horizon. THANK YOU TO DONNA and all those involved for my first (and not last) experience at the Burlington store.”

“Surprisingly found a lot of good stuff. The whole family went all out and found all the back to school stuff we needed. Sometimes it’s a hit or miss but this winners is full of goodies. We spent 600$ and took home a lot of good stuff. Awesome!”
