“I am not sure about the other reviews on here, as they don't fit my experience at all! Thank you Braeden for your help in my purchase of a mattress. This was for my elderly Father, and he accomodated our needs very well. My Dad is very happy with his new mattress and I am happy with his excellent customer service given. I appreciated his kindness given not only in explaining the differences in mattress types, but also for him putting the mattress in my car for me as well! Our cares were heard, and taken seriously, and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend you shop here, and trust that your experience will go well too! Thank you again Braeden! “An outstanding experience at Ashley Furniture this week, especially working with Lisa. She is knowledgeable, down-to-earth, and easy to work with, plus her manager was incredibly helpful. What really stood out was that they actually took the time to introduce themselves (!) and help me unlike several local furniture stores in Hamilton and Burlington areas where I felt completely left to my own devices! Lisa worked through options, and I left feeling confident about my choices. There’s a genuine family vibe here that made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.
