Louie was so very helpful with setting up a service we needed. We were unable to arrive before the store was closing and he stayed open for us. He was very informative and polite. We got all our questions answered and he was quite polite

Every time i come in to this ups store Louie gives outstanding service he always goes above and beyond to make sure i get the best price for my packages and is very pleasant and kind i will not use any other location now
