Terrible customer service. I arrived with four boxes that needed to be returned to different places in North America.Unfortunately, I do not get to choose the shipper when the return shipping is paid for by the seller.Upon arriving I waited patiently, and when it was my turn the clerk asked me to come around the side of the counter and drop them off in a box on a trolley.And then he told me I was good. I could leave.I responded saying that I would like a receipt and he said you have all these tracking numbers in your email, you have them. You don't need a receipt.So I asked do you not offer receipts?Which he replied. Yes we do but I'm in the middle of something so you'll have to wait.To which I responded that I would be happy to wait.The most poignant part of this is whatever he was in the middle of took less than 60 seconds of a wait for me..... So why couldn't he just tell me that it would just be a moment and that he would provide me with a tracking receipt????I can see why your Google reviews are so low.That's incredibly shady service for a very well known international company.

Louie, the store owner, was rude from the moment I walked in. He said Amazon told me incorrectly that he would print the label for a return. I've never had this issue at any other store. Other reviews sharing their poor experience are unfortunately accurate.

It was my first ever visit at this store, the person was very very rude, he just told me to leave my parcel at table and when i asked my receipt he said ‘look i am busy take the picture’ , like seriously man??♀️if you dont have time for your customers then stay home. Will prefer other locations next time

Louie is the kindest and most helpful guy ever! I’ve been going to this UPS store since 2017 and have been coming back just for him. He is always so knowledgeable and patient and honestly just loves his job and it reflects in the customer experience. Hope he knows how appreciated he is!! Thank you Louie!

The person working here act like he knows everything but he Dont have enough knowledge. He clicked my wrong photo for pr card . I showed him details too and he said i know everything u don’t have to show me any details. I went there 2 times and he alyz act like he is too smart but he is not he dont know . Hence my photo was rejected from ambassyBad experience

Not just this location but UPS is an actual joke…no idea what their drivers do all day long, just a waste of time. If you’re a working human it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a package from them. Select access point and then delivery date is a day late? That makes NO sense at all…customer service is 0 help. Not my choice to go with them.

I have been dealing with UPS for about four years, and I am grateful to them for the speedy arrival of my shipments and the wonderful treatment. Thank you to the staff of this most wonderful company.

The owner used to operate in a completely different manner where he made sure to communicate when I should expect a delivery back to said locations. It is really a shame but like several reviews shared, his demeaner is rather off putting, he wants to signal things are fine but the computer is almost going to be compromised...was not sure what I was asking and says to email him a different way...realize the next day most other stores are charging a better rate, oh well, lesson learned. I hope he rethinks what the customer wants and they don't want to listen to peculiar jokes!

UPS should take there name away from this guy. He makes UPS look so bad. Last time I was here it took me 30min to send a waybill to be printed. He was rude then. This time I call to save us both the time and effort and he refused to give me the email and said I need to come in. He said it's a waste of money to print one copy if I don't come. I said I don't even need the copy but at least the email process would be complete using my home wifi. He refused. Another 30 min and being snotty to me infront of everyone because now he is so busy and I am out. UPS should investigate stores with a 2 stare review total. Not to mention the place is so messy and un organized. Errrrr no good customer service these days.

went to this store to ship a package to Guelph, the man who works there was so rude that when i asked him if everything is done? he literally gave me a dirty look and made a gesture towards me to leave!

Whenever I go to this store, representative charge different to print copies, for same pages another UPs charges half, when I called him to complain abt it he said its our OWN policies.

Online UPS site shows closing time 6:30pm on Friday.I call at around 6:15 pm, when I inquire what time till you open today? In reply she told in 3 minutes..As I was just 3-4 minutes away from store, I let her know what shows on website.She rudely said “I have issues in my computer “What a joke…
