“Today l had gone to.Giant Tiger to get some laundry detergent and a s usual l spotted a couple of other things. When l got to check out l noticed my bank card was not in my wallet but my credit card was. No biggie. Just use credit card. Unfortunately it was declined for some strange reason. The cashier was so nice. He asked me if there was anything l really needed. I said laundry detergent but l’ll come back later. The cashier pulled out his bank card and paid for my detergent and said it was ok. I thanked him and said l would be back later. So l came back later with his money and a little tip. Also talked to manager to let him know what wonderful staff he had. I’ve always enjoyed shopping there. Great prices and very helpful staff. Thankyou for exceptional service.at the Stratford location.”

“This store is not like others, staff actually care about their customers need and serve them with good manners. As a disabled person I have always found assistance, rather than disdain in this location. I always find more selection in store than online and the little clearance section is awesome! They are one of my go-tos in the warmer months for gardening as well. Other locations in other cities would do well to follow the training of this location.”

“I got some cool food storage containers for a low price with the hope that I can throw out the take out containers I use as food storage. Overall the store is nice. It could be bigger, it's small compared to others. Not thier fault the mall itself is small.”
