The website claims they are willing to sell me a 20gb 5g plan, yet there is no 5g anywhere near Stratford. LTE will have you running through the 20gb faster than 5g does, showing the company is operating in bad faith.

Poor service. Had service dropped because of 3g upgrade, after going into store to get updated. Went back to get help, didn't let me in store, said they couldn't help me.
Patty at mobile shop in zehrs fixed the problem.
Why did I have to go somewhere besides Fido to get this fixed?

Poor customer service. Scamming the entire customers by saying they will waive the service fees while you take the Fido. They won’t give you any offer, like even in the Fido customer service doesn’t know about this rewards.
