Poor service. Had service dropped because of 3g upgrade, after going into store to get updated. Went back to get help, didn't let me in store, said they couldn't help me.
Patty at mobile shop in zehrs fixed the problem.
Why did I have to go somewhere besides Fido to get this fixed?

Poor customer service. Scamming the entire customers by saying they will waive the service fees while you take the Fido. They won’t give you any offer, like even in the Fido customer service doesn’t know about this rewards.

If I could give a zero,I would. A rep reached out to me through text and then never replied. This is the 5th rep with bad client service. Maybe a refresh needs to be given to staff.
