Jenn, the sales associate, asked me a few questions. In no time she was able to import the service from another provider - that caused endless confusion - to Telus. She literally took care of every detail going forward. The transfer of service to Telus happened smoothly and the result highly satisfying.
Jenn went the extra mile, handing me a cheat sheet to easily self install the modem. I’m still amazed by the way Telus operates and giving peace of mind at the same time.
