“Had a very lovely experience being helped by Kristina, she was super professional and friendly, explained everything in a digestible manner, went above and beyond to help and provide the best service and products, and was generally such a helpful employee! Thank you Kristina for making my Bring-It-Back phone swap so easy!”

“I have had Wightman Internet for a few years now and have just added the TV. The bundling saved me so much from my Shaw TV and separate WiFi. The staff from Wightman from front desk to tech support for set-up to followup tech support has been exceptional! We had Apple TV as our receiver and experienced audio and visual issues. The Tech team took the problem on and continue to try to understand the problem. In the interim I chose to buy a Fire Stick and the problem seems to have disappeared - an Apple issue, not a Wightman issue. Thank you, Wightman for your excellent service - so glad I made the switch. Anyone want a satellite dish?”

“I went into this Rogers location for assistance with my phone.A young man by the name of Dhiraj greeted me at the door and I explained what my concerns were and he listened and took my phone placed it on the table and miraculously fixed the problem in minutes. He shared his knowledge and expertise along with his colleague Nick. Both these young men shared their suggestions in what was in my best interest . They made me feel comfortable and trusting. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future purchases. Kudos regarding exceptional customer service. Ella”
