First thing we noticed when walking through the doors was how tidy and well organized this Marks location was. When we needed assistance above and beyond the employees scope (help with printing a forgotten form for business account) they didn’t hesitate to print the form, help us find the boots (not currently on the floor) and all with a smile. We will definitely be back!

The young staff were busy chatting instead of assisting the customers. I eventually found what I was looking for. I also noticed another elderly couple needing assistance. They finally just left. Not impressed ?

Few days before Christmas and they had the boots & size I wanted. Shoe section is at the back of the store..had to resist stopping & shopping on my way to the front of the store. So many beautiful clothes ? great store.

Some good deals....no pressure sales ppl which is nice....clean store...lighting was ok a bit on the darker side but I prefer that as some stores are really bright and I get headaches...

Nichelle needs a promotion, and a raise. She was hands, down the most helpful staff member I've ever met. Extremely knowledgeable, speedy and went above and beyond to help us in the store. I hope she reads this because she deserves to go far with her work ethic.
