So crowded with merchandise it's difficult to maneuver through aisles, especially now with seasonal shopping.

The shoes I was looking for were not available, but the service staff was still helpful and friendly.

The young staff were busy chatting instead of assisting the customers. I eventually found what I was looking for. I also noticed another elderly couple needing assistance. They finally just left. Not impressed ?
