“I want to take a moment to recognize two young staff members at our local Staples, one named Mav and I believe the other may have been Abby. They were both extremely helpful, patient, and professional during what could have easily been a very frustrating situation.

We were trying to figure out alternatives around the photo ID requirements for a FedEx package pickup, as the package had been ordered by a minor. I did challenge the policy, and while it was clear that the staff had not been provided with clear alternatives within the FedEx guidelines, they were incredibly receptive, calm, and willing to problem-solve with me rather than simply shutting the conversation down.

Despite frustration on both sides, Mav and Abby took extra time out of their day to work through the situation thoughtfully, ask questions, and ultimately help us come to a reasonable solution so the minor could receive her package. Their willingness to engage, listen, and find a path forward really stood out.
